Vinous is now considered (by me, at least) the number-one wine-review publication in the world, even ahead of Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate . . . and Josh Raynolds is considered one of the best reviewers of all. His take: “Deep magenta. Spice-accented dark berry, cherry and licorice aromas are complemented by suggestions of cola and mocha. Sweet and expansive in the mouth, offering plush blackberry and cherry cola flavors braced by an undercurrent of juicy acidity.” He gave the wine a score of 90 points and said it would last through 2025. Note: The 2019 is mostly sold out, but the 2020 has arrived. About the same price; the same rating will likely be forthcoming.
